The fragrant grilled pork pairs perfectly with rice, and it is very satisfying. The meat is thick yet tender, and the richness of the fat is not overwhelming, making it easy to eat. The sauce is not too heavy, has a pleasant aroma, and leaves a refreshing aftertaste. The tantan noodles have just the right level of spiciness in the soup, and the flavor of the finely chopped meat is well pronounced. The tonteki is served in a hot dish, and the aroma of the sauce and garlic is appetizing. The interior of the restaurant is clean and has a calm atmosphere, with spacious seating, pleasant staff service, and easy access by car.
