When I casually stopped by, the interior was filled with the atmosphere of Spain thanks to the posters and stage, which was exciting. In the back, there was a small stage that had a lovely design, making it feel like I could hear the sounds of flamenco and guitar. The one-plate paella I chose for lunch was beautifully presented with a variety of items including salad, pickles, and Spanish omelette. The shrimp and cabbage paella had a slightly risotto-like texture, and the rice was easy to eat, infused with the flavors of the ingredients. I was able to enjoy a variety of tastes in one dish, as it also included small croquettes and prosciutto. The counter and tables had a calm atmosphere, making it a place where I could relax and enjoy coffee while fully immersing myself in the Spanish vibe.
