The freshness is excellent, and the sashimi is very delicious. The flesh is firm, and the more you chew, the more the flavor spreads. The skin is crispy, and the balance with the fluffy flesh is perfect. The saltiness is just right, and it pairs well with white rice. The flounder is sticky and sweet, while the sea bream has a strong flavor and is satisfying to eat. There are many regular customers, so it can sell out, but be careful as some fish have sharp bones.
