This is a Japanese restaurant along National Route 156 in Gifu City, where you can feel the history. The miso katsu has a crispy coating and a slightly sweet sauce, and you can enjoy it with a salad. The salmon sashimi is rich in fat and has a very smooth texture. The red miso soup has a strong dashi flavor, and the small dishes of dried daikon and tamagoyaki are comforting. The tatami banquet space on the second floor has a calm atmosphere, and dishes such as sashimi, tempura, and vinegared dishes are served in a timely manner. There is a wide variety of offerings, from set meal-style trays to seasonal dishes and hot pots, and the staff's brisk service is also pleasant.
