The deep-fried pig's trotters with ponzu flavor were amazing, with the contrast between the tender skin and the crispy coating being the highlight. They are refreshing like sweet vinegar, so even those who are not fond of pig's trotters can easily enjoy them. They are perfect as a snack or as a side dish for rice, and before I knew it, my plate was empty. The miso from the Yamatarou crab is rich and has a deep flavor that is different from sea crabs, spreading happiness with every bite. The wild sweetfish and wild eel were also fragrant, allowing me to fully enjoy the blessings of the river. Even the appetizer of boar meat and potatoes was carefully prepared, and I was completely satisfied with every dish until the very last one.
