1. The menu had no introduction, and the ordering process was not clearly communicated. 2. The self-service bar had dirty tongs with tomatoes still in the container, and even after reporting it, it was not addressed before leaving. 3. The change of plates was done without any inquiry, just a direct swap. 4. The A5 Wagyu steak was overcooked and tough, completely inedible. 5. The toast served with the meat was cold... Before leaving, I specifically asked the manager to improve; this restaurant completely failed to demonstrate the service value of the Wang Pin brand.
