The richness of the minced meat ties everything together, and it pairs well with the thin yet chewy noodles. The crunchiness of the bok choy is pleasant, allowing you to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. The smooth silken tofu in the mapo tofu is also impressive, with a gentle spiciness that makes you slightly sweat afterwards.
