The miso soup filled with plenty of vegetables and the small side dishes are satisfying, providing comfort from the very first bite. The grilled mackerel set meal highlights the richness of the fat, perfectly complemented by grated daikon. The soy sauce selected to match the dishes is fragrant, and the saltiness is exquisite, making the rice go down easily. The small dishes of hijiki seaweed and paprika, along with the carefully made pickles that you can't help but reach for, are all well-balanced and enjoyable. The weekly pork with onion sauce is infused with ginger, and can be enjoyed refreshingly with a generous salad. The interior of the restaurant is a calm space based on white, with pleasant music, allowing for a leisurely dining experience.
