Sanfururu's dishes feature a wide variety of menus that make the most of ginger produced in Toyocho. In particular, the 'Toyo Champon' is a dish that includes crispy fried shredded ginger and potatoes, topped with a pork bone-based soup, and has been featured on television programs. Additionally, the 'Ginger Full Course' allows you to enjoy various ginger dishes, including ginger cutlet, cutlet rolled with perilla and cheese, ginger grilled meat, ginger gratin, and mini ginger soft serve.

The interior is bright and clean, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a spacious environment. Sunlight streams in through large windows, enabling you to dine while looking at the surrounding nature. The warm atmosphere provides a relaxing moment.

Sanfururu is developing a menu in collaboration with local farmers with the aim of promoting ginger, a regional specialty. Dishes and sweets made with ginger incorporate unique modern arrangements that can only be tasted here, while still valuing the local flavors.
