The bonito-flavored dipping sauce is mildly spicy and rich, and adding a little bit of condiments makes the flavor enjoyable. The plump shrimp tempura, fragrant tempura scraps, and quail eggs add to the satisfaction with each bite. The homemade-looking pickled vegetables are surprisingly deep in umami, making you crave rice. With spacious seating on the second floor and a variety of set menus, this place is perfect for relaxing with friends.

This calm shop is located a little way into a narrow alley, making it easy to access by car. There are seats not only on the first floor but also on the upper floor, allowing groups to relax. The cold soba has a gentle chewiness, and the dipping sauce has a strong bonito aroma, making it easy to slurp. The tempura soba served on a wooden tray features plump shrimp tempura, which is visually appealing as well. Adding a little of the condiments on the table, such as tempura scraps and quail eggs, makes for an enjoyable change in flavor, keeping it interesting until the end. The cheerful greetings and homemade pickled vegetables added to the delight, leaving me with a warm feeling after the meal.
