Ayu fish sushi tastes sweetly cooked and goes well with sushi rice. The bones do not bother you and the sweetness of the ayu fish is perfectly balanced with the sushi. The restaurant is located in a relaxing countryside setting where you can enjoy delicious sushi. The sweetened ayu fish is on top of the sushi rice and is easy to eat.
