At first, the location is a bit hard to find, but once you enter, you feel at ease in the calm atmosphere. You can see the preparation over the counter, which makes it feel like a genuine restaurant. The grilled eel over rice is fluffy, and the aroma of the grilling fills your mouth. It has just the right amount of elasticity, and the balance with the sauce is good. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and pickles are served first, and both have a careful flavor. The mitsuba (Japanese wild parsley) in the liver soup is fragrant, and I even enjoyed the mandarin orange after the meal.
