In a small counter shop located in a traditional alley, you immediately feel the warm atmosphere upon entering. The style of slowly grilling on a shichirin is enjoyable, and just the aroma makes your stomach growl. The hormone (offal) is particularly exquisite, and when you add a spice powder, the flavor becomes even more pronounced. The lamb is also fresh with a beautiful color and texture, perfectly complementing the special sauce. There are seasonal vegetables, grilled chicken, and rice cakes as well, making it fun to try various dishes. Although there is a lot of smoke and your clothes will smell, the time spent grilling and chatting is the best.
