The signboard is easy to understand, and you can find it right away. Inside, there is a grinding mill, and you can enjoy homemade hand-made soba. The noodles are slightly thick with a nice chewiness, and they go down smoothly. The dipping sauce has a sharp flavor that is perfect for hot days. The tempura is freshly fried, with a light and crispy batter that is delicious. Ordering is smooth with a tablet, and the self-service for cold water and tea is convenient, with a relatively short waiting time.

It is located along a main street, and I am happy that it is within walking distance from the station. The interior is clean, with both table seating and tatami mat areas, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. There is a flour mill on-site, and the appeal lies in being able to enjoy handmade soba made from freshly milled flour. The slightly thicker noodles have a nice chewiness and a light texture that makes them easy to eat. The broth, rich in flavor, is crisp and pairs very well with the noodles. There are sets that allow you to enjoy both cold and hot soba together, as well as wild vegetable soba, making it fun to choose.
