You can choose a large serving of cabbage or rice, so being someone who is highly conscious of beauty and health, I went with the former, lol. ● Added one meat-wrapped minced cutlet (350 yen) to the pork cutlet set meal (1000 yen). After taking photos from various angles, I reached for the dressing but misjudged the distance, causing my sleeve to hit the peak of the cabbage mountain, lightly scattering things on the tray, which is probably a common beginner mistake. This was my first time trying the Ushi Ushi pork they serve here, and the fat was sweet and delicious, so I can understand why the foodies from Ikebukuro praise it. Despite the thick cut of the pork cutlet, the meat was very tender, which is wonderful. To keep the flavors interesting, there were sauces and rock salt on the table, and on the tray, there was wasabi soy sauce and grated ponzu, which made me feel the care of the two women managing the place. The meat-wrapped minced cutlet is literally what it sounds like. It’s minced meat wrapped in pork belly, coated, and deep-fried. I think it’s the first time I’ve eaten it, but the texture is different, so it must take a lot of effort to make, yet it was very interesting to eat. I heard that the line has decreased compared to before the price increase, but when I arrived around 11:30, there were about 10 people waiting outside. Given the quality and quantity for this price, I think it’s more than enough. They also had a hearty pork miso soup, small side dishes, rice, and homemade pickles (all-you-can-eat) on the table. The large serving of cabbage is, to put it simply, about the same amount as the vegetable-heavy chilled Chinese noodles at Senrigan, so it should be a piece of cake to handle.

You can have a large serving of either rice or cabbage. A large serving of cabbage resulted in this 👀‼️ lol Order without rice and mooch the pork cutlet with cabbage as an accompaniment 😋. No guilt for eating fried food ‼️‼️ lol The meat is thick, not too soft, not too hard...you feel like you are eating meat. ‼️ The more you chew, the more the sweet and tasty pork flavor comes through. You can eat it with salt, soy sauce, sauce, grated daikon, mustard...you will never get bored with the repertoire of ways to eat it. 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️ There is a long line at lunch time, but it is worth it! I heard this used to be 850 yen... I would like to try the special roast next time.
