The station is close and convenient, and the style of grilling with a shichirin is fun. When you grill cuts like harami, premium kalbi, tongue, and heart, the aroma rises and your appetite can't be stopped. The liver is mild and sweet, and you can feel the freshness of the offal. When you grill the shirokoro until the surface is well done, it has a crispy texture, and the more you chew, the more flavor spreads. The staff moves briskly, making for a pleasant experience. The combination of well-chilled Hoppy and shochu pairs well, and it goes down easily with the meat.
