Hong Jung Hoon Bakery, Kwangyel Port

At Hong Jong-hoon Bakery, there is a wide variety of breads available, including ham and cheese morning bread and fragrant salt baguettes. In particular, the salt baguette is so popular that it has been selected as one of the top five products. Additionally, there are many unique breads available, such as olive cheese bread and basil tomato salt bread.

The interior features high ceilings and uniquely designed columns that are impressive, with many tables arranged throughout. Large glass windows offer a view of the street, creating a bright space filled with natural light. Plants are placed around, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

Hong Jong-hoon Bakery was founded by Mr. Hong Jong-hoon, who was selected as the 9th pastry master in 2012. It has 15 stores nationwide, and the Gwangkyo Elport store is one of the largest among them.

Known as a master of confectionery and baking in South Korea, Mr. Hong Jong-hun was selected as a master in 2012 and has continued to provide beloved bread to many people since then.
