The lunch chirashi sushi is the highlight, and they prepare it efficiently when you order. It is satisfying with a variety of toppings including red tuna, medium fatty tuna, bonito, salmon, sardines, and young sardines. It also includes scallops, surf clams, sea urchin, and shrimp, allowing you to enjoy different flavors with each bite. The vinegared rice is topped with nori, tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), and kamaboko (fish cake), adding a colorful touch that is exciting to the eyes. The tea and miso soup are delicious, with the ingredients of green onions and fried tofu providing comfort.
