In a small shop quietly located along Route 7, a calm space unfolds as you open the door. There is only a counter and a few tables, but it is clean, and the staff warmly welcomes you, making you feel at ease. For lunch, they offer hamburgers, pork sauté, pasta, and more, making it a delightful challenge to decide which one to choose each time. The pork sauté, in particular, changes its sauce every time, and the variety of vegetables served alongside it keeps you excited until the last bite. The dish of lightly fried sole drizzled with balsamic is also exquisite, and the side of daikon soaked in broth brought a smile to my face. The chef casually engages in conversation, making it a wonderful place to enjoy a leisurely meal, whether with friends or alone.
