Dassai Junmai Daiginjo 45

A fruity, elegant aroma with a delicate sweetness and smooth acidity from the rice. The clean finish is soft, expansive, and refreshing, making it a perfect pairing for both Japanese and Western cuisine. This Junmai Daiginjo is filled with the desire to bring the taste closer to Dassai's ideal.

Dassai Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling 45

The enjoyment of the sparkling nigori sake crafted by Dassai is truly the deliciousness of freshly made. It features the vibrant and refreshing aroma of pure rice daiginjo, along with subtle effervescence. Because it is nigori sake, you can savor the unique sweetness of Yamada Nishiki rice. It contains fruity aromas and sweet umami, along with a stimulating acidity and fizziness that come from secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is like drinking the moromi during fermentation, a Japanese-style champagne brewed by Asahi Shuzo.
