I was excited to find that the seats were almost full when I casually stopped by, reflecting its popularity. The fried chicken I ordered first had a crispy coating that made me want to order more. The mapo tofu, which seemed to be the signature dish, had a fragrant aroma of Sichuan pepper that spread gently, and the balance of spiciness and umami was exquisite. The shrimp fried rice was light and featured plump shrimp as the star, allowing for a delightful meal without feeling greasy. The fried tofu had a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, coated with a spicy flavored breadcrumb that made me want to keep drinking. I could feel the careful craftsmanship in every dish, and I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied.
