You can choose from set meals with tenderloin or loin, katsu don, katsu curry, and even seasonal fried oysters. The meat is carefully selected, such as from the San-genshu pork, and is thick, tender, and not too greasy. Of course, there are sweet and spicy sauces, but eating it with salt really brings out the umami. The rice made from Niida rice is chewy and has a delightful flavor that gets better with each bite. You can refill your rice, cabbage, and miso soup, and the service is attentive, making for a pleasant experience.
