If you're in the mood to travel, this is the place for you! I came to see the new souvenir shop in Shin-Osaka! The number of stores has increased: Ika-yaki in Tsuruhashi, Kihachi-shu in Jyuso, Gokan, and Ikari Super Market! There were a lot of souvenirs and Osaka-style items! While wandering around, I found an onigiri (rice ball) shop! It is across the street from Kukuru Takoyaki! I found onigiri on bento and dashimaki bento! I bought it for dinner! Dashimaki bento 600 yen It's wrapped in a bamboo skin - I love this kind of presentation! Two salted musubi, an egg, edamame and pickled plums are included! The rice is Uonuma Koshihikari rice! The rice is a little soft and sticky! Even though I don't like hard rice, I thought it was a little too soft! The egg has a gentle taste with a hint of dashi (Japanese soup stock). The pickled ume is quite sour! Edamame is just like this! But 600 yen for this is honestly expensive! If we were going somewhere by bullet train from now on, would we have been satisfied with this? I ate it at home... Of course, this is not enough to fill me up. I bought a pork bun as insurance. Thank goodness! I'm glad! They also have onigiri rice balls, which might be more worth it... I was hoping it would be at least less than 500 yen!
