Located on the upper floors of the hotel, it offers a great view of Okayama Castle and Korakuen from the window, which feels very pleasant. The Japanese meal set allows you to enjoy octopus shabu-shabu quickly in broth, letting you experience the blessings of the Setouchi region. The sashimi, tempura, and beef loin dishes were also carefully prepared, and the balance of flavors was excellent. During the buffet, local ingredients and seasonal dishes are lined up, making it fun to choose from various options. In particular, the simmered octopus and carpaccio were impressively delicious, and I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. After the meal, I was able to relax while enjoying the scenery and tasting dessert.
