The dishes convey a commitment to the ingredients, and you can feel the effort in each plate. The fragrant skin and moist flesh of the red sea bream are complemented by the aroma of bouillabaisse, making the fish dishes very impressive. The oyster gratin and oyster escargot sauce are also rich in aroma, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. The salad is beautifully colored, and the tangy dressing enhances the flavor of the vegetables. The crispy pork cutlet and tender beef pair well with the sauce. A cup of coffee after the meal is comforting, and the seats by the window are relaxing.
