The shop is located in a bustling street, frequented by many locals, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The sweet soy sauce and condiments pair well with the ryukyu, enhancing the deliciousness of the sashimi. Dishes like chicken tempura and horse mackerel sashimi are all delicious local specialties. The aroma of the thick shiitake mushrooms is delightful, and the tempura of wild vegetables and bamboo shoots leaves a lasting impression. I was taught to mix the ryukyu with rice, and it is incredibly delicious. The warmth of the staff is comforting, and it encourages me to enjoy more drinks.
