The large-bodied owner greeted me with a smile, and I felt a warm atmosphere the moment I entered. The signature soup dumplings had a gentle broth infused with yuzu pepper, and I ended up drinking all the soup. The small square crispy dumplings had a light texture, and before I knew it, my plate was empty. The chanko nabe, filled with plenty of ingredients, was rich and warmed my body gently. The grilled chicken sashimi and liver sashimi were also fresh, with an irresistible savory aroma. The interior, consisting only of traditional tatami rooms and a counter, was clean and calming, allowing me to relax and enjoy my drink slowly.
