Popular local restaurant! 2014,08 After a long absence, we went to a local favorite, Kochan Ramen! There are always a lot of customers in the restaurant.... Maybe it's the location near the station and the fact that it's open until late at night... Well, there are no new items on the menu, but I like the ramen here! But this time, I'm going to be brave and try the tsukemen. The noodles are tight and surprisingly firm and tasty! I wasn't expecting it because the ramen noodles were soft! The soup is a bit thicker than the tonkotsu shoyu here! It also contains my favorite grilled pork, but less than ramen, which is sad. I had a small bowl of chashu pork that my partner had! Egg yolk, kimchi, green onion, and yakitori pork on rice! It was very tasty! You will want to eat it again! Maybe next time in winter? Thanks for the food! 2013,11 Local favorite Kochan Ramen that I sometimes want to eat. The owner trained at Satsumakko Ramen Sohonten The store in Momoyamadai was closed and now there are two stores in the local area. The garlic ramen here is light tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen that is easy to eat with a taste I've had since I was a kid! Without garlic, it doesn't have the punch, so add a little bit! Tender pork belly chashu pork I like this pork chashu very much! But today I'm going to change my mind and try the miso ramen! My partner went for the red miso ramen! I was really hungry, so I also got mini fried rice for an extra 300 yen (sweat). The fried rice was not very crispy. I don't dislike this kind of fried rice, so it was fine for me! Miso ramen is made with tonkotsu (pork bone) and miso, I guess. It has a mild taste, and I personally prefer tonkotsu shoyu. The aka-miso is a bit spicy and good on a cold day. Recently, all ramen shops are claiming to have homemade noodles, so the level of ramen is getting higher and higher. In the past, I was totally satisfied with these noodles, but they are a little insufficient. This ramen shop is rooted in the local area! I can see why it's so popular here, though. Please improve the level of noodles♪ 2011,09 The third branch of Garlic Ramen Kochan opened in front of Higashimikuni station! It's right in front of the station, so it looks like there will be quite a few customers! In commemoration of the opening, those who ate ramen will get <ラーメン１杯半額券>which can be used next time! When I went there today, they were having a half off ramen sale! Why is it half price today when it wasn't yesterday? But we are lucky because we can eat it at a low price! Garlic ramen 300 yen, it's lunch, but with garlic! The pork bone broth is soy sauce, and the soup is easy to drink and eat! I really like the pork belly chashu here! The restaurant is not as big as the main store, but there is a counter, so it is easy for a man to come in alone. I ate ramen for half price and got a golden ticket for the next time. They haven't decided on the opening hours yet, but today they are open until 22:00! You can eat at half price and get a half-price golden ticket! Again, it was delicious!
