Located in a narrow alley of a residential area, there is a lantern hanging down as a landmark. The interior is cozy, featuring a raised seating area and tables with traditional gas roasters. The hormone (offal) is white, and when grilled slowly with onions, it becomes fragrant and is simply the best. The kashira (beef cheek) is chewy and pairs well with green onions and king oyster mushrooms, making it hard to stop eating. The premium kalbi (short ribs) is thick, and when grilled, the fat melts, creating a delightful taste. The cold noodles served at the end are loaded with ingredients, and the frozen broth melts crisply, allowing you to enjoy the flavor without any loss until the very last bite.
