The restaurant is cozy and calm, allowing you to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. The first dish featuring crab is warm and aromatic, and breaking the thin layer of fruit jelly on top adds an enjoyable texture. The soup with sweetfish is comforting, combining the fragrance of seaweed with the broth of clams and bacon. The fugu milt and porcini risotto has a pleasant grainy texture, and the smoky flavor of deer jerky provides a nice accent. The robust taste of game is also appealing, and the dishes featuring lamb and wild birds are very satisfying. You can discuss portion sizes, and they serve you the right amount for you, making it enjoyable until the very end.
