The sushi sets and the tuna and squid nigiri are delicious, and the temperature of the rice and vinegar are excellent. The restaurant is located on the second floor, and it was nice to be able to order cold udon noodles from the udon restaurant on the first floor. It is also located on the second floor of Hotel Pavone, with a wonderful view of the manicured garden from the counter seats. The proprietor's talk is light and friendly. The course meal is wonderfully cosy and all the ingredients are delicious. The service of bringing dishes from Asuki for children is also appreciated.
