When I sit at the counter, the owner greets me with a smile, which is very comforting. The sashimi platter features fresh fish, and the red tuna, in particular, melts in your mouth. The tempura has a light, crispy batter, and the shrimp is delicious all the way to the tail. There are also some slightly unusual items like shirako and perilla rolls, which are light and easy to eat, making it easy to keep reaching for more. The tea rice with sea bream that I had as a finale was gently flavorful and warmed me from the inside. The calm atmosphere of the restaurant allows for a leisurely experience, making it a wonderful place to stop by even alone.
