This is a shop where you can enjoy rice balls and sweet treats. The rice, made with Koshihikari from Saku City, is fluffy and has a wonderful aroma. They shape the rice balls right in front of you, making them fluffy and large, with plenty of filling. The combinations are interesting, such as grilled cheese with green onion miso, salmon with fish roe, and mentaiko with green chili. It's also fun to change the flavor with dashi, green onions, and rice crackers to make a tea rice porridge style. The hearty pork miso soup and the sweets that combine apple candy with Obuse milk soft serve are also very delicious and can be enjoyed as takeout.
