Entering the shop located on a quiet street by the sea, I feel relieved as I am greeted by a bright and clean space. The fragrant soba noodles have a firm texture, and the moment I slurp them, I can gently taste the sweet flavor of the broth, which brings me happiness. The hot tempura has a light batter that captures the deliciousness of the fish and shrimp, making me smile involuntarily. Even a single serving is substantial, leaving me feeling satisfied both in my heart and stomach after the meal. The atmosphere is relaxed, with customers chatting comfortably, creating a wonderful environment where even first-timers can quickly feel at ease. As I head home while soaking in the afterglow and gazing at the sea, I have added more pleasant memories of a good drive.
