The moment I stepped into the new and spacious interior of the restaurant, my heart was warmed by the scent and warmth of the wood. I was able to order smoothly using a tablet, and there were various types of seating where I could relax with my friends. The seasonal juice, small dishes, and chawanmushi that came out first all had a careful and delightful taste that heightened my expectations. The eel, grilled over charcoal instead of steamed, had a crispy skin and tender flesh, perfectly complemented by a sweet and savory sauce. The rice was just the right firmness, and I was able to enjoy it lightly until the end along with the cut eel. After the meal, I immersed myself in the afterglow while gazing at the aquarium, leaving the restaurant with a feeling of contentment.
