Sitting at the counter, it's convenient to have self-service water from the tabletop pot right away. The thick, dark-colored soba noodles had a fragrant aroma, and the moment I slurped them, the flavor spread. The chewy texture was pleasant, and the noodles were just the right firmness, making them easy to eat. The spicy dipping sauce for the meat soba, enhanced with chili oil, had a perfect combination of a sharp kick and the deliciousness of the pork. They also had ramen, and surprisingly, the combination of the clear broth and thin curly noodles was enjoyable. There is a rich variety of side dishes, and ordering them alongside the soba increases the overall satisfaction.
