This is a place where you can casually enjoy the local cuisine of Ehime in a relaxed atmosphere. When I first tasted the grilled Jako-ten, the savory flavor and just the right amount of fat spread in my mouth, making me smile involuntarily. The sashimi of Mullet that came out afterward was mild yet rich, and it paired perfectly with the dipping soy sauce. The Uwajima-style Tai-meshi highlighted the richness of the egg, enhancing the flavor of the sea bream, and I couldn't help but keep eating. The staff were friendly and provided detailed explanations of the dishes and drinks, so I felt comfortable ordering. From appetizers to the final dish of Imabari-style grilled pork rice bowl, there was a wide variety, and each dish was delicious and comforting.
