You can enjoy the scenery of Aso while relaxing in a spacious terrace and open space. The Akaushi steak allows you to choose the cut and size, and the balance of the rich red meat flavor and the sweetness of the fat is satisfying. Starting with soup and salad, the flow of the course is pleasant with the addition of bread. The curry has a mild spiciness that is easy to eat, and it's fun to add spices according to your preference. The hamburger steak is thick yet not heavy, and the sweetness of the vegetables enhances its deliciousness. For dessert, there are seasonal tarts and tiramisu, and the coffee serving style was also impressive.

The restaurant, designed like a house surrounded by the nature of Aso, has a very pleasant atmosphere. Each appetizer in the course is creatively presented, and the corn mousse left a particularly strong impression. The soup is smooth and rich, bringing joy with every sip. The steak from the Akaushi beef is crispy on the outside and rare on the inside, highlighting its deliciousness. It's reassuring that you can adjust the cooking level to your preference. For dessert, I chose the dark cherry tart, which left me satisfied until the very end.
