The dishes are served at a good pace, so you can order with confidence even during busy moments. The Taiwanese ramen has a light texture yet deep flavor, and the combination of the soup and chives is very good. The hot and sour soup noodles have a rising sourness that whets the appetite, and the balance of sourness and spiciness creates a delicious lingering taste. The shrimp fried rice has a fluffy texture with rich egg flavor, and the plump shrimp adds a nice accent.
