In a calm atmosphere, you can enjoy a leisurely meal. The appetizer of salmon marinated in sake lees has a wonderful aroma and is very impressive. The dish with firm shrimp, snap peas, and cauliflower is also enjoyable in texture, making you want to keep eating. The fluffy cooking of the white fish and the crispy skin of the Spanish mackerel paired with a spicy sauce is very good. The meat, such as the sirloin and black pork, is tender and pairs perfectly with grilled vegetables and herbs. The pasta to finish and the semifreddo with nuts and fruits were also very satisfying.
