The soba has a rich aroma, a firm texture, and a refreshing quality that makes it easy to slurp down. The five-color soba has different textures and flavors, making it enjoyable, with a notable fragrance of yuzu and the toasty aroma of poppy seeds. Each type, such as seiro and inaka, has its own merits, and even the 100% buckwheat soba has a pleasant chewiness. The tempura has a light and crispy batter, while the inside is fluffy, and the dishes like fish, shrimp, and lotus root are delicious. The thick soba broth is comforting, and the duck dipping sauce has a gentle sweetness and a pleasant aroma. At the end, there is a service of matcha and soba sweets, and the service is at a comfortable distance, allowing for a pleasant experience.
