This is a restaurant where you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of locally raised beef, and I was smiling from start to finish. The kalbi has a good balance of lean meat and fat, and you can enjoy it with either salt and pepper or the homemade sauce, both of which are fragrant. The thick tongue salt expands in flavor the more you chew, making it very satisfying. The refreshing radish salad, rich kimchi, and smooth cold noodles are all impressive. The restaurant has a homely atmosphere centered around tatami seating, and the low-smoke roaster makes for a comfortable experience. There are signatures lined up on the walls, creating an inviting atmosphere that makes you want to visit even in a residential area.
