The white noren (fabric curtain) catches the eye, giving a clean appearance. There is an electric stone mill next to the shop, which reflects their commitment to soba (buckwheat noodles). Inside the shop, there are table seats and tatami mat areas, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. The dipping soba has a gentle spiciness combined with the aroma of soy sauce and plenty of sesame, making it very delicious. You can adjust the spiciness with chili oil, and the ingredients like pork, green onions, and tenkasu (tempura scraps) pair perfectly. The smooth texture of the dipping rice flour udon is also great, and having a parking space at the back is convenient.
