It's a takeout specialty in the basement of a department store, and the rows of grilled chicken skewers are exciting. There are many varieties, and in addition to tsukune and negima, there are also options like plum shiso, cheese, and garlic skewers, making it fun to choose. You can select between salt and sauce, both of which have a wonderful aroma that whets the appetite. The meat is firm and bouncy, the skin is crispy, and the liver is delicious without any off-putting smell. Besides grilled chicken, there are also fried chicken and half-fried chicken, and just looking at the showcase makes it hard to decide. They say they use Koshino chicken, and I could really taste the umami, which was satisfying.
