Katsu-don (pork cutlet on top)/mini soba Lunch at a restaurant I've been curious about since I saw your instagram. Thick and juicy pork cutlet with sweet and thick sauce. I prefer miso when it comes to pork cutlet, but the sauce is delicious too! The soba noodles were so large that it was hard to believe they were "mini". I was satisfied! If you order the "Katsu-don (top)" (ordered by my friend), you can have miso soup instead of Soba.
