I visited around 12 PM on November 8th. The Kyushu gyudon here is legendary and incredibly delicious. I had a McDonald's cheeseburger at 10 AM that day, and even after that, it was still amazing and didn't feel heavy at all. The seasoning was just right, and the meat went down easily. Other places sell gyudon where you can taste the meat, but the soy sauce flavor is either too weak or the harmony between the soy sauce and the meat is off. Here, the harmony between the meat and the soy sauce is fantastic. Instead of being just soft (though it's not tough), it goes down easily without thinking. 5 stars! It was delicious! (I haven't tried the ramen yet, so I'm not sure about that, but anyway, the gyudon is incredibly delicious.)
