The spacious bistro with a counter and tables has a calm atmosphere and is very comfortable. A female chef manages everything on her own, and I was immediately warmed by her attentive and friendly service. The course uses plenty of seasonal ingredients, and each dish conveys both delicacy and strength, which was impressive. In particular, the smoked sea bream and the slowly braised pork shoulder were exquisite, showcasing the effort put into them. There is also sparkling wine available by the glass, which pairs perfectly with the dishes. The food is served at a relaxed pace, allowing me to fully enjoy my dining experience.
