Tomato and prosciutto ham cheese cold noodles. I saw this limited edition noodle on Instagram last year and was really curious about it. I was so disappointed that I missed the chance to try it because it was only available for a limited time, so I took my revenge over a year ago. I couldn't stop smiling at the sight of them. The glossy noodles, tomato sauce, and prosciutto ham that resembled a rose were beautiful. I was impressed by the fact that the noodles were cold and not pasta, which I thought was unusual. The noodles were smooth and chewy. This texture can't be achieved with pasta! I was convinced! The tomato sauce was garlicky and refreshing, yet appetizing. Combined with the noodles, the sauce is very thirst-quenching. My hands were already busy here, but eating the prosciutto with the ham accelerated the pace of my chopsticks. Delicious and happy. I want a large serving. LOL! It was a bit of a stretch to come here, but the limited edition noodles were well worth it. If it were a little closer, I could have come back one more time. I am looking forward to coming back next year.
