There are also gyoza with perilla leaves, Chinese cabbage, cheese, baby sardines, and shrimp, all of which are easy to eat. The dumplings wrapped in freshly made dough after ordering are very delicious. You can choose from two types of dough, and you can also decide whether or not to include garlic. The vegetable-based filling is light, and even the larger ones can be eaten easily. The dumplings with perilla have a refreshing aroma and a clean aftertaste. The dumplings with chili oil have a mild spiciness, making them enjoyable even for those who are not good with spicy food. The fried chicken is tender, and the salad made only with pork ear and cucumber is plentiful and satisfying.
