I was excited to try the noodles made with the local specialty molokhia for the first time, and the smooth texture was delightful. When dipped in the fragrant curry soup, the richness of the spices combined with the flavor of the noodles, creating the perfect dish. The roux, filled with chunks of chicken, was thin yet deeply flavorful, making it hard to stop eating. Since you can choose the level of spiciness, I am eager to challenge myself to an even more exciting level next time. The salad and pickles were refreshing, and I enjoyed the pleasant aftertaste as well. It's no surprise that there are many regulars; it was a heartwarming curry café.
